Story
Hii Mitsuo a.k.a. P-Man sees a man almost buying out the toys at the venue of the Tokyo Toy Festival. He even seizes other people's collections by the power of money. Mitsuo is watching the man from a distance, saying to himself, "How nastyc". Then it turns out that the man has spent wads of poor counterfeit notes. The man is actually Narikin Man sent by F-Dan for the experiment of a hypnotic ray, which causes a big panic in the venue. Toy monsters are enormously enlarged and fighter planes and tanks attack the visitors just like real ones! "Hypnosis for hypnosis!" P-Man counterattacks, amplifying and bouncing the ray back at the ememy
